This made my day, so glad they are paying attention to you even if they don't like what they hear - they shouldn't! Thank you Bill for everything you do and please never stop writing, speaking and singing truth.
When I read, “I don’t get what planet this guy lives on,” I thought, "Well, actually, Bill wrote a hole book about the planet he lives on: 'Eaarth.' Maybe you should read it, Tom."
All of the beings of the Earth are grateful to you and every person who fights to protect the only planet we have. The fossil fuel companies are worse than the tobacco companies by far - They are killing millions each year and it will only get worse. Their greed and lies, their immorality, know no bounds.
Glad I read this article. We do live on a different planet from birth including the amount of carbon in the atmosphere. You are making an impact, keep going
Yesterday the Circuit Court for City of Richmond dismissed the lawsuit filed by Our Children’s Trust VA. They will likely appeal, but it was a hard day for the 13 young plaintiffs and their families and supporters. Reading your words this morning, I’m feeling my grief converting back into anger where it might do some good. Thank you once again, Bill, for the grace and the fight!
That’s a valid rant. I think Wolf is play the good ol’ boys level of reassurance of always being right. Any Big Oil executive who believes the various iterations and challenges is on the narrow spectrum of the tinker toy summary certainly is dimwitted as Wolf.
But this clinging to the belief in constant expansion of pipelines is our biggest foe.
Your rants offer compost for my soul and steel for my backbone and bite to my tongue. I don't know how you find the time and energy to keep this great flow of language coming but thank you. Just this week, there you were with a stunning opening paragraph about time in the review about 3 books on extinctions in The New York Review of Books and in The New Yorker writing about community journalism and here you are this morning. And then here you are too, reading and commenting on your readers' comments. Staying attuned. Paying attention. Thanks so much.
Made my day too, and I reposted to other social media. I stand with you Bill. Know you have an army of activists at your back, and continue to speak truth to inhumanity.
When an intelligent, well-informed person tells you what you are doing is wrong, it can be hard to ignore. Convince yourself that they're a crank who's "against everything," and you can go along your merry - and profitable - way. Keep pushing. You're getting to them.

Keep up the good fight, Bill. So many of us are inspired by what you say and do! “What planet?” Sheesh….
Rock on brother. You got 'em right where we want 'em. Worrying.Worrying a lot. xx
I think you blistered their little finger, thumb and rear end to boot.

Righteous wrath doth have a place in God's providence, methinks. Like now.
You've got a lot of supporters. May their tribe increase.
Thank you friend!

It's all ups and downs--thank you for not wavering!
So sad that our legal system is so messed up. thanks for reporting.
You are an inspiration. Keep it up!

Don't hate on Dire Straits. A far more fitting tune would be "Industrial Disease."
Fair!

You nailed this one, @biimckibben. It reminded me of the last pages of “Falter” that had me wiping tears from my eyes. It brightened my day.
